MK-Properties is a new operator on the Bulgarian real estate market with a big potential for expansion and development of its business activities. From our base in Sofia we are targeting the rapidly emerging property market in regions with dynamic economic development, such as Bulgaria’s most attractive beach and mountain resorts and the capital - Sofia. Our core competences are property investment and the development and implementation of major projects of new luxurious holiday villages and complexes with residential or leisure apartments. Our customers are quality conscious Bulgarian and foreign investors who – like us – have seen and come to appreciate the unique opportunity for a sound investment in real estate in Bulgaria. This positive development is triggered by 2-3 years of dramatic price rises stimulated by a rapidly growing tourist and construction industries, political and economic stability and a well-founded optimism for future development based on Bulgaria’s accession into the EU family in 2007.
